Rob Peters has a bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications and started his career working as a Creative Resource artist at Jostens Yearbooks, designing and illustrating yearbook covers for seven years. Since leaving Jostens, Rob has worked as freelance artist and graphic designer, designing book covers, logos, and other projects, and has illustrated over 50 picture books and several long-running web comics.

His titles include Hark! It’s Harold the Angel written by Jim Cosgrove, and Game Maker written by Brian Hanni. He has worked on a number of licensed sports picture books for the KU Jayhawks, Kansas City Royals, University of Oklahoma, and others. In 2020, Rob was chosen to illustrate Go Chiefs Go!: The Championship Season of the Kansas City Chiefs celebrating the Chiefs' 2020 Super Bowl victory. His more recent work is a series of board books coming this year from Ascend Books.
