Katie Schwartz lives in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains. In addition to writing, she hikes when she can, and also loves chasing her two rescue pups around the agility ring. She is an Airbnb host, welcoming travelers (hopefully new friends) to the special and scenic area where she lives. Katie is a member of SCBWI, 12X12, and Manuscript Academy. Her debut picture book will publish with Waxwing Books in 2028.
